Rules for a legendary
Everybody has 1 and I repeat ONLY 1 chance to catch it if you fail or run then you can never obtain it other than by trade (if it flees from you than it's alright you can get another shot for it)
But it's possible for everyone to have a legendary it's possible for no one to have a legendary...
